Program Objectives

1. To contribute to the training of teaching staff-researchers who can strengthen the Basic Education in order to create curriculum practices and immediate application products in the educational development, taking into account the pedagogical experience, broadening the horizon of teaching staff’s knowledge based on the experience and experimentation of the teaching staff and school management.

2. To enable professionals to create and implement changing actions in the field of teaching, educational management and in the formal and non-formal pedagogical processes.

3. To train professionals capable of identifying the potentialities and demands from the workspace, based on the resources of scientific research and critical reflexion for the creation of new action alternatives.

5. To produce knowledge which may education-related policies, programs, plans, and projects, particularly the education public systems.
