Application / Selection procedures

Candidates who have completed undergraduate degree recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), in the country and/or abroad, and candidates who prove, through Higher Education Institution statement, to have completed the course by the time of enrollment may apply for the Selection Process for the Graduate Program in Education, Master’s Degree. 

The registration of an applicant holding a higher education diploma issued by a foreign institution and recognized by the MEC or legal instance of the country where the course was held, may be admitted as long as he/she proves the regularity of his/her situation in Brazil. 

Up to 24 vacancies will be offered in the Postgraduate Program in Education, Master’s Degree, for admission in the second semester of 2019.   

The selection process is divided into two eliminatory and qualifying stages. 1st stage evaluation (written test); and evaluation of the 2nd stage (research project, research project argument and curriculum vitae): The applicant’s argument about the research pre-project and the curriculum vitae will be made before the Examining Board, composed of at least two teachers from PPGE.
