Objectives

General Objective:

Train researchers and teachers to produce knowledge and teach based on socially relevant research in the field of education.

Specific objectives:

• Train researchers and teachers, with competence to critically analyze the relations between scientific knowledge, society, curriculum and pedagogical practices in Basic Education. 
• Identify, redesign and develop knowledge about educational reality as a theoretical-methodological foundation for pedagogical practices and educational policies. 
• Investigate the dynamics of Basic Education in the context of policies, educational management and teaching-learning processes, producing subsidies for a transformative intervention. 
• To investigate the dynamics of Basic Education in the scope of the relationship between school education, development and human formation.
